The switching action of the Rotating Gate Valve is rotation because the disc moves by rotating shaft driven. The
stem of piston is kept away from the medium which increase the
operating life of the actuators. This is designed for a solution of
the erosive duty and short life of its seal face being exposed to
mass scouring conditions. Its seal face is made of abrasion
resistant materials such as hard alloy, which has fairly
satisfactory mechanical performance and durability. This valve
provides longer service life and thus of great benefit to its
customers for good use and efficient cost. This valve also provides
the ease of maintenance and operation, which is demonstrated by its
operation safety and cost efficiency. Ⅰ.Applicability: This valve is used as feed or discharge valve for the fly ash
conveying system in thermal power plant, and also applied to mines,
paper mill, and chemical industry where the performance of
switching on and off in pipeline is regularly required for
transportation of abrasive medium such as dry fly ash, water and
steam. Ⅱ.User benefits: 1. An unobstructed full flow in pipeline is available, with
plugging purging device installed, thus very rarely ash blocking

types, nominal diameters and other technical data shall be checked. 2. Welding flanges is prohibited after completion of valve
erection. Pipeline shall be provided with appropriate distance to
valve. Gaskets shall be added to flanges on both sides. 3. The centerline of two pipes shall be kept coaxial to valve
passage. Flange face shall be smooth and plane, without any
considerate deflection being acceptable, which is critical for
valve to fit tightly and work properly. Bolts and nuts shall be
screwed down evenly and symmetrically. V.
